Well I am really annoyed, because somehow I lost so many fps in VRChat. Once I had idk 75 to 120 depending on world and situation. Now I can be happy if I get 45-50fps. Since last 2 updates its really messed up and I can't tell is it because vrc update or from gpu, my bios or windows, because I did all of them. I would not care about if I dont experience disturbing laggs.

If you curious, my pc specs are:
Mainboard: MSI x470 Gaming Ac M7
GPU: Nividia rtx strix 2070 oc
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700x all cores working on 4,2ghz
RAM: 32gb 2933mhz

Poweroption on windows: Ultimate for highend PC's

Oh and ovr toolkit tells me, my cpu usage is under 30%, my gpu hitting 75 to 90% also my vram does if its important.

Maybe, but it's kinda sus, if you go same world and you just have 30fps loss. So I found a solution... While starting, I hold the shift button and set graphic to VRLow. Immediately recognised more fps in my home and visited worlds I was in today. See there, I have 75-120fps again, but in some situation it was low again. Idk something happened there, idk what, but it seems like we have a solution for now.

Basically all it is, is it's putting all the sounds and visuals from your PC on your quest so the quest isn't doing a whole lot. You computer is using its storage, ram, internet, etc. Everything a regular pcvr headset would use (like the rift or index)

Yes. Quest and PC avatars are compiled on two different formats. Android and Windows.

So you need to do two uploads to make sure both platforms can see the avatar

As an aside, you must have a VRChat account to upload content. That means you can't use a Steam account, Oculus account, or Viveport account to upload content like worlds or avatars.

Hard to recommend headsets right now. Quest 2 ($300) HP Reverb G2 ($600) or Valve Index ($1000) are the current options, or get a last-gen headset and deal with the blurry resolution.
