@glad rivet Controllers tend to bundle with the headsets. Index controllers are incredible; but not so affordable; and Oculus is harder and harder to recommend if you don't have a facebook; but brand judgements are all fights I don't want to have; I can help price out gear for you; do feel free to DM, I will show some videos to help you decide; don't only take my word for it, or anyone else's

This is one of the weirdest fixes. I have it going to a drive I dont have. I did that by accident, forgetting I labelled my secondary drive V and not D. When I changed it to V the issue started happening again, so now that I put it back to D drive.. when I dont have a D drive I can load things again

@vocal shard im not sure which it falls under. im with the united police department RP group we had a patrol event yesterday at 3pm at near 5pm when all roughly 20 officers were in 2 instances of the UPD station. ALL users got crashed after horrifying lag spikes suddenly and without any warning in both instances of our station. it looked like it was a DDOS attack as no other world instacnes were affected. only us which is very strange. we have no idea if it was the game itself or if someone is actually responsible for it. so what do you recommend?

a little too late but you could retrieve the log file after the crash and send it to the vrchat support team so they can analyse it

but the log file is getting overwritten each time you start the game

so you need to get it before you start the game again

ill check with our chief who made the map and see what can be done. i just find that odd that 20 some ppl in two world instacnes crash all at the same time not once but twice and nearly a third. something that has never happened before

16 Favorites are definitely a few, if you really switch between soooo many that often then you can also favorite the corresponding avatar worlds.

I can sometimes fix it by spamming the menu button and the cap is removed but it has a 50/50 chance of working

I'll try clearing cache but if the issue returns, then it's not vrchat, and is most likely an issue with steamvr
