It's due to avatar proportions. Most avatars have legs longer than real life proportions. So in order to make your arms length match, it makes your legs further into the ground

#

The best way to solve this is to make a custom avatar that matches your irl proportions

@somber rain VRChat does not attempt to line up the floor. It scales the world to make your avatar’s wingspan match your own body, instead of your height. This means instead of having longer or shorter arms you will be taller or shorter than real life. This is because a floor that doesn’t match up is less annoying than arm lengths that don’t match up.

If you want the floor to match up you will need to use an avatar with realistic wingspan-to-height ratios as your real body

It's pretty easy. Just open Event Viewer, go under the "Windows Logs" folder, then click on "Application" @crimson field You should be able to see if there are any error messages there.

if you want my opinion, 200MB is way too lenient for the download limiter. I think it should have been 50MB really. If an avatar is 200MB, it usually means you messed up instead of having a cool avatar with a lot of stuff. the biggest full on PBR decked out avatar I have seen so far was like, 43MB. while most decent avatars are around 5MB-20MB

Yeah I think 200mb is also too much, usually only very unoptimized avatars with a lot of or very long audio sources even reach that and seeing how long it takes to download a 200mb world, it's too much. So 20-30mb sounds more reasonable, assuming we're talking about avatars with multiple materials and those materials having various slots filled up
