i heard, allegedly, that one way that leaks happen is when stuff isnt loaded out of RAM when it isnt needed anymore, so that's one kind of leak

textures are the biggest killer, followed by audio just because audio isnt used as heavily / isnt necessary

of course, worlds can take up a lot of fucking ram in that case. One of my favorite worlds has an insane amount of shit inside of it and brings my system to its knees every time i step into it cuz its big, the textures dont look like shit (so there's many of them, quality textures,) and there's a lot of audio

normally anything goes within x meters, at y meters you cant have more than 10k tris, 500 at z meters, etc. Exaggerating values heavily here
