VRChat should match your real life arm length no matter how long or short the avatars arms are, but in order to do this you need your actual real life height set in VRChat settings or it can’t accurately guess your real life wingspan
It might be a little off on which case you can tweek it up or down a tad but it should normalize all avatars to be the same wingspan relative to you. Only the floor height will vary from avatar to avatar

Nothing loads I'll join a world and everyone's avatar just doesn't load maybe a few, but most don't also sometimes everyone's mic will just cut out and then come back and then also the game would just completely freeze, but I can still walk around kind of like if I disconnected

Hm, it's possible the wireless controllers are causing just enough interference with the wifi to cause a degredation in speed. Are you able to try switching to 5GHz wifi if you aren't already?
