If you ever pay attention to how I talk. I'll talk super fast, then take pauses when I would go into a stutter. Or if you're really Keen to my body language, you might see like my hand twich while I have a few false starts when trying to say something, but I can't actually get the words out. I'm constantly fighting my speech, but I've gotten pretty good at hiding it

For me the 72hz had the same effect as a Florescent light. Where it looks fine most of the time, but in your peripheral you see a slight flicker/shimmer. Idk how, but it was distracting. Maybe it's just phycological. Idk
