Hell, ping won't even tell what the upstream latency is, which is likely most of the proportion if you've got DOCSIS. You can't even just halve the ping.

Even if the extra resolution and refresh rate of the Index is a bit too much, you can always just reduce it down to Rift-S res and hz in the Steam VR settings.

alright tried for a solid week now in 2-3 hours sessions, i can't really get into vr chat, my social anxiety is too high even in vr and i get bored pretty quickly when most ignore cause i'm silent. Hand tracking novelty wore off too so it's not fun anymore. Thanks to some people here who encouraged me last week, but i guess it's just not for me

I wouldn't bet on it. The hand Tracking is good for menu's, but not really gameplay without movement methods, or that the tracking only works in a limited range and disables if one hand occludes the other or if they're too close together

Most VR relationships don't seem to work out very well, and the biggest barrier is physical distance. If you have feelings for someone, it's extremely frustrating to live in a completely different part of the world from them.

Loads of the small annoying parts about people get 'removed' because of the distance and an annoyance of no contact gets added

There is some softwares for data recovery, but it all depends on what happened.
If the new data overwrote old data then it breaks the files.

You can do a search online, there also are some free tools.

But especially with special files, it's harder.

#

You should not install anything that you really dont need to install now
