There is no exact spec, it varies from world to world.

I have an i7-8700, 32GB DDR 3200Mhz and an overclocked 2080Ti and I get 40-60fps in some worlds.

VRChat used to have a memory leak for me when minimized. It also seems to have one recently with avatars, change your safety settings and it should reload all avatars and run better for a while

If I take the corrective lenses out the screen door goes away since everything's so blurry. Couldn't wear my glasses when I tested the Index so I can't gauge the upgrade
