1.) VRChat automatically dumped you into a public world on lunch
2.) Voice was enabled by default
3.) Oculus runtime for some reasonwould automatically run VRChat when it was started
4.) Windows would automatically start oculus runtime if it was connected while the booting

This meant, if you turn your PC on, you automatically start hearing random VRChat public world chatter. Yeah, that made me uninstall it.
