Sorry for a stupid sounding question, however I need a little bit of help regarding microphone input.
I have tried on two different computers with 3 different microphones, and all of them are detecting input in the windows desktop and other applications.
My in-game mic isn't muted, and even though I am holding the push to talk key my mouth isn't moving.
Any ideas would be much appreciated.

#full-body-tracking - you would normally use 3 trackers. Recently I heard of an experimental driver you can use that will allow a third oculus controller to be used as one of the 3 trackers. In that case another touch controller and 2 trackers, but it's less tested than the usual path

Pretty much, not a single shader can do that, if a shader ramps up your cpu it's also likely to just crash your game before it can cause any real damage, and a cpu can't turbo to unstable levels without changing BIOS settings directly

Well, I know that sometimes when vrc hard crashes it'll bluescreen you as well, no permanent damage just a reboot and everything is fine

Just make sure you set up safety settings so you don't see particles or shaders from most players and you shouldn't have an issue with crash avatars from now on

I'd expect win10 to be more resilient as it can restart the graphics driver without a full reboot. However you might need to force a gfx driver reset to recover.
