To be honest titles would be nice but ranks are horrible. You can do custom titles like Normal user,Avatar creator, World creator, and Content creator displayed on the nameplates. In system menu just have a block known troublemakers, random people, or anyone not on close friend list via toggle. This way people get recognition but doesn't divide the community.

The ranking system already has been in place, just not easily seen. A good majority of my friends are Known and it doesn't bother me or them in the slightest

You presumably need to play the game in a normal manner with your VRChat account, walking around, meeting people and also making some friends. Idling won't help.
According to many responses in this discord, a rough estimate would be ** 20-40 hours**, but big exceptions are possible.
Make sure you are not using a steam account because those can not be verified and continue playing the game until you get a notification or e-mail.

If the back of the headset is too far down, the top strap isn't tight enough and the headset slides down. If I put the back any further up, the straps are too tight and push the headset down.
