I'm a Rift user and I hear literally zero sound from VRChat from my Rift's headphones. I tried every single setting you can imagine. I don't even know how I fixed it last time
Also, while I appreciate the developers' work on this game I feel like it needs quite a bit of optimization when it comes to using the Oculus Rift: there's a 50-50 chance it crashes for no reason at all when I'm "playing" with no audio

I just saw DP to HDMI 1.4 as the lowest supported version on the WMR site, & was worried HDMI 1.3 wouldn't work with it
I actually don't know if 1.3 will work... I know 1.4 will, but that is still the low Hz mode
I run mine directly off my HDMI, and use display port for the monitor
I have a DP cable for my monitor, but its too short
HDMI is the only cable supported for WMR? It doesn't have a DP cable option as well? @vocal shard
With an adapter, display port works. But the cable is a hmdi, and it is hardwired into the headset
