I tried every single setting: Windows, Oculus Client, SteamVR settings

Nothing works

Is VRChat on the Oculus Store?

I could try launching it on there, OpenVR is pretty unstable with Oculus

Map downloads used to never take so long to download. It takes like three minutes for me to download a 200 MB map when it used to not event take a third of that time. I don't have any downloads running on Steam or anything, so I have no clue what gives.

i have to restart my pc and i restart it via the cmd as windows 10 does not tend to shut it down properly
shutdown /s /f /t 0 or Press and hold the Shift key on keyboard, while clicking on Shut down, and then release the Shift key to perform a full shutdown.
