C:\Users\XXXXXX\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\History\ is where mine is, and after spending too much time (prior to the update) in a world with streaming video, the folder would get larger and larger fairly quickly. When I first noticed it, it was at 40GB while a friend's was at 80GB.

These avatars are clearly complex systems, and trying to quantify their performance with a single metric clearly won't work.
