Open it up, in the top left corner there is a drop down menu, open it and choose monitor 1

So it mirrors the whole screen

Minimize vrchat

And you can open anything else from vr

When in vr, top right corner should have a button with arrows. Press and hold and it allows you to move the window anywhere

Has anyone else encounter this problem: when in oculus home everything is fine, but in steam vr I appear underground, tried recalibrating with "room setup" but it doesn't detect my headset and controllers, reinstalled steamVr, Oculus home, deleted vr config file, changed usb ports... Nothing

ok so fresh install of windows other than bitdefender, malwarebyte, advanced system care. fresh install of vrchat but after about 10mins the game crashes and it says its causing an access violation. idk what the issue is with it x.x anyone had this issue before and know a fix? ive tried reinstalling 3 times now

i also went ahead before i did a fresh wipe and tried one recommendtion i saw on google by deleting the folders that cache worlds and people (was up to 15gb) so being a fresh install i dont think this is the issue?

@winged depot dont rule out the ram just because other programs dont have issues OR where able to correct the issues.

sometimes there is a fault that you only really have in a certain programm and the rest is an will be fine, still a fault.
you coul'd make a bootable memtest image and test with that

while a test without errors doesn't mean that there is not a possible error still, if you see errors you at least know that there is some issues
