When it gets down to the details, the Vive's tracking system (Lighthouse) maintains precise & accurate tracking over larger distances than the Rift's (Constellation).

For VR 90 is ideal, you can go a little below that and be okay, but too much and it'll kick you down to 45fps and enable some form of reprojection.

When it gets so bad that not even reprojection helps, well, pray to king kong.

I have no idea. I've never bothered with AMD (or ATI back in the day) cards because their drivers have been terrible and lower performance than the equivalent nvidia card.

The big plus to WMR is portability though.
My VR system is a laptop and if I'm out anywhere and want to do a little VR testing or anything, I can easily shove the acer hmd + controllers in my bag, and anywhere I can plug my laptop in I can do VR.

Just change the Avatar ID on your avatar in unity and reupload it. Fixes that issue

so they dont have your avatar anymore

If it's something you don't need to collide with, unity physics joints are much better performing then dynamic bone. By a LOT.
