My list of why I prefer the vive, has better tracking, controllers look more comfortable to me at least and I don't care about sticks versus touch pads I quite like my steam controller it is actually easier for me to use and very comfortable, I see little to no difference in graphics quality of the screens on both, Vive is better for motion sickness as it has vertical FOV rather than horizontal and if you do a simple test of looking around you can tell why most people look side to side by moving their head rather than moving their eyes, while it is the opposite looking up and down you're more likely to use your eyes, and price doesn't matter to me I'd just save up more money to buy a vive when the time comes. Though I'll probably wait until the vive pro+knuckles is out.
