Update I got my support ticket back from vrc they are wanting me to send the output logs and I’ve been seeing others here having issues with lagging and crashing as well. Which confirms I’m not the only one going through this. I’m going to check for missing files but also see what vrc says after I’ve sent those output logs. If anyone else see this and is having the same issues I’d try everything you can think of from clearing all cache to updating all software and drivers. Try also reinstalling everything completely not just taking it off steam delete the files with it. My internets down so I couldn’t check at the time is anything like that helped but if it did I’ll come back and let y’all know. And for just pure quest 2 I have not clue I’ll uninstall and reinstall but I’m doubtful it will help. Hopping it’s a bug with vrc itself or it’s a headset issue on my end.

I’m not convinced the single die 3dvc on the 7900/50 is going to play nice for a bit and probably will require windows 11 and game devs to implement the proper scheduling. Hi all, I've had this issue ever since the avatar favourite groups got upped to 6 groups for VRC+ users, but I can't access the last two groups in-game, no matter what I do. Has anyone else had this issue? I've gone to VRC support, and they started helping, but the line's gone cold for almost 2 months now.

I'm pretty sure it's a problem with my account and not the client, as when I look through the API the first 4 groups are named "avatars1" to "avatars4", and the last two are named "avatar5" and "avatar6" (note the missing 's'). I have an... Interesting issue with VRC on my laptop.

When joining a game that isn't my home world it takes a long time to load then the connection times out but not just VRC EVERYTHING does.

Like even my steam friends looses connection while the game says "connecting" and I already tried reinstalling the game and my network drivers plus I know it's not my WiFi because I can connect just fine on my quest 2 and towe just fine

It's still very much a wifi related issue of your laptop. (Which isn't your quest)

If your USB controller can't put out enough power to maintain the charge of your headset you can get a powered USB hub on Amazon for fairly cheap (20-30$). There are cheaper hubs but you need to check the specs to make sure it can output enough power to each port. Using a powered USB hub my quest never dies. Also convenient for extra ports for trackers if ya ever get some.

Barring that, you can try having only your quest and nothing else plugged into whatever USB controller you're using and see if it can maintain charge. You may have too many devices plugged into that specific controller for it to output enough power

Depends. First, you don't need to unplug all USB, just everything that uses that specific controller. Often a motherboard uses different controllers for groups of USB. The front USB is going to likely always be on a different controller. This is a simplification but if you can't see your motherboard, you could just remove any high draw items from USB sockets around the one your use for the quest, and move that stuff to the front or if there's another separate group of USB sockets elsewhere.

Course this would only work if your controller can even output enough power to begin with. If that's the case, I'd recommend getting a powered USB hub. They're nice to have and will typically solve your power issue

@vocal sharda way would be to change your avatar through the vrchat website. Onto your account, if you click on the "Avatars" tab, there's a button that says "Reset to Default Avatar", that should take you out of the small avatar, i'm just unsure if you need to be out of vrchat to do so

so this is something of a good news rin, apparently the guy that made ProTV recently releases an update version of the ProTV player and it supports livestream links now. So if you stream your desktop to twitch or youtube, you can now stream in vrchat. But looking at all this, it is extremely power usage and alot of ram in it. You will likely need 32gb or 64gb ram to do all of this.

They aren't adding features cause the people who play, they just don't want to lose money. Remember its money over people for these devs.

The first 30 seconds I was surrounded by people patting me on the head and saying hi (women btw), I panicked and took the headset off, my heart is still pounding and I regret leaving.

Regardless, I'm loving VRChat so far, it's epic. Out of curiosity, what headsett are you guys using? I'm loving the Pico 4 that got released in my country in October, it's great with wireless virtual desktop and audiojack to usb-c in order to use headphones
