heya, so im debating on getting a new headset for eye tracking. I have:

• a quest 3, wired connection to my pc for a smooth stable connection
• project babble face tracker
• fbt with 3x vive 2.0 trackers, 1x 3.0 tracker
• 2x base station 1.0's

i've been debating on if i want to do eye tracking for vrchat, and it's been a debate for a while. Notably on what headset to go for:

• bigscreen beyond 2e has eye tracking, but will cost around $2000+ to get a setup for it (new headset, new controllers), and its been a little contentious and buggy.
• quest pro has eye tracking, but people suggested that the quest 3 is better in most regards
• eyetrackvr diy solutions (absolutely infuriating no matter what i do. I'm not going through with this anymore. It's been months of tinkering with no results....)
• psvr 2 just got eye tracking on pc, but im not sure if it's solid enough to go forward with

vd was terrible with compression early on especially dark rooms i could count the blocks , after they added hevc 10bit or av1 / adaptive quantization and disabling asw (euw never) the wierd blockyness went away
