Hi, lately there has been more than one occasion where, during a game, one particular player deliberately limits his bandwidth on his PC to bring the entire game to a halt for everyone playing the game, just because things weren't going their way during the game. One such player username who has done this is Bot50Reveng. Can anything be done to address this issue please? It's ruining online game play for everyone involved.

I concur this happens most nights. I've reported it a few times and I think he got a short ban but he's back again doing it every game. He did twice last night then changed names and did again. I have video evidence if it helps.
Just to add I warned him that I will report if he keeps doing and his response was that he can't be banned and will get around any ban that is issued. He also plays under VPNs

I'll need clear evidence that includes:
- shows that game was running fine beforehand
- shows that game ONLY lags when things don't go his way
- the player name and tab screen
