game speed too slow on ra2 yuri revenge cncnet even when setting is on fastest SOLVED

So my cncnet ra2 used to work perfectly fine until it suddenly became too slow for me and everyone in the game, even if its only me and AIs. I have the game speed setting on fastest before the game starts in the lobby, and in the settings when the game starts but it still is way too slow, unplayable.

1- did you try change your renderer ?
2- maybe should change tunnel server if you are host ..

i reinstalled it and it worked

but i saw that changing the renderer also fixes it
