Hi! Me and a couple buddies are trying to play the game, and we're having an issue. Me and one of my friends got to the servers just fine, but the other can't connect to the servers at all. This error keeps popping up for them in the picture above, does anybody have an idea how to fix it?

Hard to pinpoint whats going on exactly, is perhaps a strict firewall blocking connections?

My friend is currently in college, I'm 90% certain his college's ISP is doing something to the server connection.

Yeah quite possibly. VPN may help?
