In the CnCNet client options uncheck "windowed mode," and try again?

it was unchecked and i checked it after the bug appears and then i uncheck the option again same error

Double check compatibility mode settings

windowed mode multiplayer/singleplayer is often reccomended to run with ts-ddraw
