I suggest that you guys keep the moderator applications open PERMANENTLY!
In this way it gives people a chance to apply regardless whether or not there is in need of mods, and whenever the server needs more mods they have access to those applications already.
How would people know if they get accepted?
For those successful applicants, you can contact them by either managers or those mods that review via direct message. Also, those who don’t get accepted don’t need to be informed due to the high influx of applications, however you guys can implement a purging phase, where you guys purge the applications every 6 months in order to allow people to re-apply
