Well, I'm guessing Tzu knows about it since he have been certified mod but I'm not sure if other's know about it or not, probably some does and some don't know so I'm just sharing reference material for @/Manager role and for existing mods.

Discord Moderator Academy (DMA) It's a guide for Manager and mods.

  1. Staff can use it as a reference if they want.
  2. Manager can decide to let new mods or trainee to have a read of handpick's topics before giving them mod role.
  3. let all the existing mods know about it

Also, I didn't meant in a way that staff don't know how to deal and stuff, As I said above I just wanted to share it as a reference material.

Oh well trust me, it’s just a waste of time. I actually wrote it and got qualified, but I didn’t hear anything from their side except the mail that I got qualified. It was just old days when discord actually knew what it was doing. Now they have even shut down trust & safety helpline for many. Before I used to hear back from them. But nowadays they won’t even bother abt it. But the good thing is they are tracking down and blocking all kinds of spam. So yep
