welp didn't meant to ping mana sorry
Uhhh so what exactly is the suggestion here?
- Staff can use it as a reference if they want.
- Manager can decide to let new mods or trainee to have a read of handpick's topics before giving them mod role.
- let all the existing mods know about it
Thank you but we already know how to deal with new mods and stuff and I think everybody knows about the Mod Academy
Also, I didn't meant in a way that staff don't know how to deal and stuff, As I said above I just wanted to share it as a reference material.
your welcome 😇
Oh well trust me, it’s just a waste of time. I actually wrote it and got qualified, but I didn’t hear anything from their side except the mail that I got qualified. It was just old days when discord actually knew what it was doing. Now they have even shut down trust & safety helpline for many. Before I used to hear back from them. But nowadays they won’t even bother abt it. But the good thing is they are tracking down and blocking all kinds of spam. So yep
shut down
Keep watching me till i shut down
