#Could hostile NPCs turn annoyed if left alone for long enough?

Think its a bit annoying if you accidentally miss and shoot someone you didnt mean to or otherwise anger a random NPC and then they are out for your blood for the rest of their existence on this green earth
Feel like it would make sense for hostline NPCs to turn just to annoyed if you angered them but then left them alone for a few days. Maybe even make it so annoyed NPCs turn to neutral if you leave them for even longer too.

yeah i was driving through a city pretty carelessly and hitting a lot of people by accident doing missions. after a while most people become permanently angry and i cant drive at all without people attacking my car every time i come back to the city.

i was thinking a timer on them being angry would be nice. i dont think that would cause any issues with the game to just have every hostile enemy go down to being annoyed after an in-game day or so

personally id make it like 2-3 days
so theres still consequence for angering people but its not outright permanent
