Money system

Basically, in game, if you get negative amounts of money (being in debt), and stay like that for a long time, you become a slum dweller, me and my friend had this idea at school cuz we were bored tbh

idk if it would work pretty well in the game, but if then you are able to get out of debt, you can return to the class you chose

There's already a debt system in SoR1

Might as well just carry over that one instead
