Subways/Trains Fast-travel

I know last time fast travel was talked about Matt wasn't completely sure how it was gonna be implemented, so I think subways between cities would be cool :) Maybe for towns, there could be trains instead :D

Trains could be fun, especially if you could have NPCs go to and "guard" the train stations if they know that you've committed crimes in the area and think you might be trying to escape. Having to blast through a checkpoint before you can fast travel because you've caused too much chaos could be a fun way to make the game more difficult.
