This idea would definetely lead to some variety and some cool visuals for characters but I believe they should behave like gorillas an werewolves, or maybe just cannibals (Playable classes, locked up in labs or isolated constantly hostile groups

anthros arent always just animals, though im sure the mayor will treat them as such so they are more hidden then humans, keeping a low profile and only talking in seceret and "safer" areas
and then the ones that were caught would be put in labs cause lets be honest the mayor is going to be a certain word i cannot say but it is very obvious
