Similar to the mobster ability, you can ask people to give you money. Failure, instead of making them hostile, will make them annoyed.

@copper rampart I think it should also depend on the npc asked, example if you ask a crepe member they might beat you up instead of just being annoyed. And for Lols it’d be funny if gorillas gave you a banana instead of money unless you had translator

Maybe just make them become annoyed as you ask too many times? Become annoyed the first time seems like a bit much, and being able to ask again makes it feel more natural when they get annoyed
Also some people may be more generous than others, like thieves would rarely give you anything, same for slum dwellers, but you'd have a much higher chance from someone like a Bartender (Bartender has Charismatic for a reason-) or maybe Upper-Crusters (more like an "ohh, I pity you so here, I'll spare you six bucks" type thing)
