More stealth kills options

Im tired of using the same 4 things to make someone fall asleep quietly: Assassin, doctor, tranquilizing gun, poison, cyanide.
Add a Bow or a Sniper rifle, Ruffies, another item that lets me inflict a status effect of my liking on another mindless nobody, A Grenade that makes people sleep, a knife that has Backstab by default, Something like this

I think there should be the funny stealth gun from deus ex but it would ACTUALLY work as intended and with the internally suppressed mechanism it would shoot out a bullet, that if you were to be unseen, would neutralize the target in one hit (ofc it would need a balancing in ammo, maybe its super super expensive and only holds 4-6 max, unless upgraded with gun mods) and if you are shooting at someone that has seen you it will inflict a little bit of damage, maybe somewhat less than revolver so it does feel like a waste of ammo but justifiable if you are in dire need of shooting someone and the only option is to shoot with this gun.

A while ago someone posted an idea of a blow dart item that could shoot people with status effects and could pass through blue lasers since it wasn't a weapon.

I kind of made a sniper trait once, can't get it to work again. But it was sort of a challenge getting the angle just right, especially when targeting someone on a patrol or through a window. It was less imbalanced than I expected. I think ammo would have to be expensive for such a gun.
