A way to make simple custom items, weapons and armor would be really cool! It could work fairly similarly to custom characters - so you pick the appearance and type of item (weapon, food, drug, placeable, etc.), then select a cause (eating it, hitting a character with it) and an effect (causing poison, dealing damage, healing), and then where you can find it.
Adding more powerful causes and effects costs more points, and making it more common to find also costs more points, so you need to balance the effects with the availability.
