• People honk if they have to wait for an unexpected stop for too long (like if you're standing in the middle of the road). If you make them wait even longer eventually they'll just drive anyway and run you over
• Cars have a very rare chance to have a novelty horn that honks La Cucuracha. If you disassemble or destroy their car you can salvage the horn and put it in your own car
