Pretty self-explanatory: When you hit a Drug Dealer with a negative status condition, they'll use an Antidote to cure it.
If it's a minor status condition they'll wait until their drug buff is over so they don't waste it, but for something more dangerous like Poison they'll immediately chug the Antidote, removing the buff.

I think making all NPCs smarter would make the game way more interesting. It could be a mutator if most people would rather it not be part of the unmodified experience.
