lol sure thing, what will you defend, hey my claude instance went rouge and didnt check gramatical mistakes in my code which blew my cheating or hey, I downloaded my competitors plugin and release the exact UI and exact code with find and replace 4 days later because I was learning how to code OR hey, I released v1 two days after I downloaded my competitors project lol OR you left a literal name of our plugin in your code by mistake in first copy/paste

No defense needed I am surprised you decided to do this knowing its illegal, its clear you are spreading defamation (again not legal), we already filed takedowns and are taking legal action.
Also spreading lies about our product and hurting our business is the other case, if you wanted to handle this the right way and believe you had legal grounds you would take it up in court, not share with your friends to defame

First, you promoting a copied product and us raising awareness against it is not illegal, we requesting you to remove it is not illegal, and all three are passed by Egyptian law firm (hope notary happens soon), so you are free to take whatever action you want to take.
And if you take it to this extent, then sure, I will drop the proofs here, better then words.

Are you even reading the messages lol, I just warned the people that if you purchase, you will get banned. But if you okay with the courts deciding, why are you reuploading the same product with small changes when you know there is a DMCA active and a court case filed lol, just file a TRO and get the original plugin back?

Nobody got banned without getting a refund, again misinformation, every person that has asked me for a refund got one. Second, we aren't reuploading the same product, we uploaded a completely new product that isn't even the same as our old one, and you still filed a false DMCA again.

You could have responded to the first DMCA if it was all good? and I am not sure what you even talking about, all three products we dmced were same, or just had little bit of UI changes (we sent proof for both in DMs before we got them removed)

We have responded to the DMCA and are waiting. And no, not the same, I am assuming you just blindly threw around DMCAs for everything we published, and that's fine, all this is documented and will be used against you, it would have been smart to consult your lawyers about this before spreading defamation.
