Thanks for checking. I tried deleting intermediates, binaries, saved and my package, but still the same issue.
I will try to change the setup to what I had for the demo I created and see if that still works and try and figure out from there what is different.
Sounds like plan. If it works in PIE then a lot of common issues that might affect clothing does not make sense anymore. So it must be something about packaging. Have you tried with different settings like "Project Settings" or "Shipping"?
So, I already had a separate project where I created the Metahuman and migrated that to my VR project.
What I did today, was re-assemble the Metahuman with a new name and migrate the assets to my project. There I replaced the used Body and Outfit skeletal meshes on the Character Blueprint and now everything is fine again (sooo happy!!)
The only conclusion I can draw from this, is that I think I tried to create an optimized Metahuman set to High. Where before I did it set to Medium, as I did today again. Quality is fine.
