well they're not really random, there is no such thing as random anywhere, so it can be predicted. computed generated seeds by cpu are garbage and can be predicted very easy. They follow a strict pattern and that can be easily broken by the dumbest AI out there
pseudo-random is easily broken
anti recoil hacks are doing that exact thing
arpg - loot predictors are doing the same thing
it's not an issue when you have less procs to predict from but when you have a lot it's easily broken, like a loot system
