AMS = Asset Manager Studio, a free project that I'm the developer on, it is basically a total replacement for the Epic Launcher (EL) for the Unreal community. Today I released version 1.00 which finally adds Mac support making it completely cross platform [Mac, Linux, and Windows] Basically it does everything EL does (imho, way better in many ways ๐Ÿ˜‰ ).

One of the features that is being worked on is tagging so that you can tag both assets [Undownloaded] and vault assets [Downloaded] items. The filter box is already super powerful and you can type in all sorts of things and it will filter based on quite a few fields. So in my asset list in my program I have almost 3,000 assets on the Fab site, been collecting them for years.
Lets say I wanted to tag some of the assets as pointless [to automatically filter out], or If I wanted to tag certain assets for a game I'm thinking of making, then I could add a custom tag to it, then filter my view on it.

Does that help, or was there something else that didn't make sense that I should expand upon?

First screen is of the asset view, these are the assets you own you can see the tags the author added to it on the fab side. I plan on adding a typable field below that for you to add your own tags. The second screen is the vault view, it shows the assets you have actually downloaded to your computer, it also has a info view with info pertinate to the downloaded asset. I would also add tagging to it. However, the plan is it would automagically use the same user tags from the asset screen so you don't have to tag it in both places... ๐Ÿ™‚

Very cool! Is it based on the EL api or something
