I set up a sequence to flushe the cache, then regen the PCGs, but it's still generating differently for PIE vs stand alone game. I put print strings on, the one interesting thing is it looks like the dungeon gets built twice.
Not sure then. Could be a order issue, loading issue, etc...
It seems like anything that I doing with "get Actor Data" isn't happening in standalone/built, but does happen in PIE
Maybe you have Overlap with Self, and your actor doesn't have bounds at runtime (a BP without any Scene Component)
