#Permission error on announcement channel

Anyone is currently able to create threads on the announcements channel. This creates a post in the announcement channel, which could create a security risk for users if utilized by a malicious actor, etc. These do show as if there was a new post in the channel list, leading to traffic to the channel. This permission error was caused by Discord updating permission handling at some point and is quite widespread across servers. Should be easy to fix, and likely worth taking a minute or two to fix to prevent trolls or spammers from taking advantage. I would also suggest checking the other official channels where people shouldn't be able to post to see if they're alright.

It could be that you've set this on purpose in a way that it doesn't create that post shown above (for some reason), however I am unable to test without making a thread in the announcements channel, and didn't want to do that to not cause a hassle, so thought to post this just to be safe.

It's not the biggest of deals, but it is possible that someone could do something silly with it, especially in combination of changing their username and avatar, and what not. After all, people are practically able to post announcements as of right now (presumably).
