you pretty much nailed it but something is missing.. I can't put my finger on it right now but just at first glance the water is too clear, it doesn't feel like it's underwater. I think some additional post process adjustments and possibly some niagara effects and particles and a bit of blurring/lens distortion would make it feel ike it's underwater.. review some of the actual videos underwater from youtube to get the feel for it is my take on it.
Looks great though in general, just missing that underwater feel.

Oh and I think you should do some chromatic abberation as well. It's very much present under water.. just came to me.
