Difficult to see replies

I'm fairly new to Discord. I see many people asking interesting questions but the replies are not sorted into a thread. This chat "Discord-Feedback" has threaded replies which makes it much easier to find the replies. Is this an option that is turned off on purpose for the other channels?

They're enabled in the most major channels

Overall the response to enabling forums was negative for help channels
