very interesting premise. i like it. i wish it was made on ue. but the aesthetic is fine.
i think is very early to give meaningful feedback but: (my very humble opinion is:)
- i really like the exploration idea.
- i'd really test the design and premise a ton before diving deep into polishing the game.
- the camera drove me crazy, too violent. also clips through other objects and gets too close to the character. and while gliding it moved to the right. i'd try to polish this first.
- the voice over is over emotional (in the wrong way), doesn't match what you're showing. it sounds like she's trying to sell a kitchen appliance.
- the character animation has a lot of details. it looks like it's sliding on the floor. and sometimes looks like you grabbed a run animation and used it for walking.
- the landscape... looks handmade.
- lack of textures and reflections makes it look plastic. maybe adjusting the aesthetic you can make something without textures.
- consider not jumping or jumping only on certain spots. i think it adds nothing and could break the user.
- when activating the narrative with the pictures in the world, consider adding some vfx, or animation. also the user can walk away, which is fine by me, but could be a design challenge.
Thank u so much, we are thinking in other things for the deadline but your feedback it's like awesome, you put me thinking in very interesting things dude .
