This is the first reveal of a game I am working on currently. It is called "Arcade Shop Simulator" (please do not abbreviate the name). You are going back to times when Arcade shops were near every elementary school and you as the owner of one need to manage it. You buy new machines, fix the broken ones, collect the money, and keep your shop clean. But after hours you can play those old games and ride the memory lane. I made huge progress in developing the Arcade Shop Simulator. I made charts that display your Arcades statistics like condition, earnings and demand AND now you can expand your space by purchasing new rooms. Next thing is gonna be ways of decorating them. This was supposed to be a small project—a simple simulator game where you manage your own Arcade place. Buy Arcades, fix them up, organize your space, and let kids in to have fun.
But the positive feedback kept coming, and I couldn’t help myself. I added more mechanics, polished the gameplay, and poured my heart into what was meant to be a ‘short’ game.
Eight months of hard work later, I’m excited to present: Arcade Shop Simulator!
