So ultimately what is the difference between a normal FPS and a body cam style FPS? Does it amount to a fish eye lens + camera shakes?

Bodycam is other perspective. And yeah, it would shake much more.
Have look at a body cam Video in difference to your Daily real POV.
If someone take it seriusly. I think I would never play a Shooter in Bodycam-View😅
