No I don’t think it’s ok for people to be scammed I’m just saying that a channel for that isn’t really necessary when you can just ban them from the server and they won’t come back not to mention no one is really gonna care about who is banned from the server either that’s the whole reason why there is a report button too

Mods aren't responsible for what happens between two parties in the jobs section. It tells you this in the instructions channel for that section.

You can message a mod directly if you want to report something. Even if they aren't going to take responsibility, they may try to help in some other way.

Make sure you have proper contracts set up.
We do keep an eye out to people who potentially scammed others, but we cant do anything, and it often turns into a he-said-she-said kind of thing.
We do our best to keep bad apples away from the server, but that is about it. our hands are tied outside that.

Yeah and the he-said-she-said thing also easily turns into a witchhunt. Who the f will confirm that the person on the scam list is actually a scammer and not just set up?
We won't deal with that. Keep yourself safe with contracts and don't hand out stuff before payment.
