I'm so sorry... I don't really even know what the game mode is/how to use it, so idk i can answer your question...
A game can be split into different game mode. The best example is :
- The main Menu
- The game
What will be the music when you are on those different "game mode"

because if you want to switch from 1 level to another one, what will be the music as well?
when you load a new level, the music STOP
no fade in, no fade out possible
From what I've gathered from talking with the team, the game is going to take place in one continuos map
so they said it'll all happen on one Level Map
except for like, the title screen
I don't think we'lll be loading between different levels, no
so you can limite your action into the same game mode and it's game sate
I'm guessing there will be like, a pause screen though
and there will definiltey be a title screen

if you are outside the level. music will stop
so yes go on the gameState implementation, it should work
keep the level BP for Level things
can I make a BP class of the gameState too?

Game state will see his state change
and according to that it will inform the player
