How do people typically limit and enforce "biomes/palettes" when working with World Partition?

i.e., with level streaming, you just tell your designers to use that specific level's palette to stay within performance parameters.

Is there a tool I'm missing to do that with World Partition maps, or do you just give your designers a general guideline of "try to stick to one palette and vegetation procgen brush per cell"?
