I'm not going to worry about the .CSV as much for now, I'll create that on my own in C++; I'm just trying to figure out how I want the game to store all of this stuff to be exported later. I just don't know how accessing all of these different variables to export them "works" in Unreal, I guess, since it's sort of a weird usecase for Unreal to collect experimental data. It would be cool if I just had to export one like "object" that has all of these parameter values in it at first and then figure out how to deal with formatting the .CSV.

I think Authaer at one point had mentioned maybe using like a save game blue print to have all of this data in one place?
