Is it possible to migrate/upgrade non-GAS based to GAS especially battle Royale Game ?

It's always possible. The question is, if it's worth the effort to migrate. And this depends on the architecture and progress of your current game I guess. If you followed programming principles like SOLID with loose coupling it should be easier to swap out functionality and refactor. It also depends on your requirements of course. GAS is really great but sometimes you might need to implement your own solutions.
